Yes, the truth is - I took my own advice. Sleep until you wake up!
I went to sleep earlier in the week, and only woke up this evening.
This does not mean I won't sleep for another three days!

I'm glad you are not bored with your blogs and have up dated once more. I tried sleeping until I woke up. Unfortunately, I always wake up about an hour before my alarm goes off, so I am more tired now than I was. Glad it worked for you.
